COVID-19 TERMS OF SERVICE
For the protection of all parties, the following terms of service will be in force for the duration of the pandemic or until further notice. These terms are being updated regularly and are subject to change without notice.
All parties agree and/or testify the following
- No party has been sick or displayed/shown/felt any symptoms of COVID-19
- No party has travelled or left the province in the last 2 weeks
- No party has participated in large gatherings exceeding 10 people in the last 2 weeks
The realtor and homeowner(s) will ensure the following conditions are met:
The property will be ‘showing ready’ no less than 15 minutes prior to the photographer’s arrival, including but not limited to:
- All interior lighting will be turned on including side or floor lamps, televisions turned off.
- All toilet seats/lids will be in the closed position.
- All door handles to be wiped clean or disinfected prior-to and after the scheduled session.
- All unnecessary parties to vacate the property during the scheduled session(s), granting the photographer(s) exclusive access to the home. Should it be necessary, a maximum of 1 other individual may remain for security measures.
- Proper physical distancing measures are enforced at all times.
The photographer will:
- provide estimated session time prior to the scheduled start time.
- ensure to follow proper distancing and sanitization techniques as set out by health authorities.
- notify any parties when the scheduled session is complete and re-entry is possible.
