This will ensure there is no confusion between you, the successful realtor, your clients and our team.Scheduling Expectations*Each service provided by TourMe.ca has an expected timeframe, and our service providers are scheduled consecutively. As such, any scheduled session which takes longer than the allotted time through no fault of the service provider including delays, additional time needed and not scheduled for, etc. is subject to additional fees. We may also not be able to accommodate. We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment bookings, however we recommend setting expectations with your clients for longer to allow for proper preparation. Hours of availability are based on each provider's schedule. For multiple service bookings (ex. photo/video/drone/matterport), appointments should/will be scheduled consecutively to allow each service provider unrestricted access to the property. Absolutely no other appointments to be scheduled at the property during the scheduled session time(s) including but not limited to open houses, showings, contract signing, cleaning crews or repair crews, etc. I Agree Preparation Expectations*The property should be "showing ready" PRIOR to the arrival of our team for all appointments. Should the property not be "show ready" at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment duration will not change, and the team will have to depart at the scheduled finish time regardless of whether they were able to complete the session. I Agree Delivery Expectations*Images are delivered by noon the following business day. Videos are delivered within 24-48 hours (business days only) depending on current demand. Please plan accordingly in order to have your media delivered by the time you plan to list. I Agree Approval Policy*Our goal is to create the best media to assist the agent to market the home, as well as themselves. As such we will work with the agent to ensure we create the best images and video for the property, as seen by the agent. Whenever possible, it is recommended and requested the listing agent be present for the scheduled session and NOT the homeowner. Should the agent decide not to be present for the scheduled session, all images and footage taken are deemed as approved and not subject to complaint or return visits for additional work. I Agree Cancellation Policy*We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours (including cancellation upon arrival) of a scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per scheduled service. This fee covers the lost revenue of the company, as well as the service provider who was scheduled and unable to take other appointments. I Agree Billing Policy*Invoices are generated at the end of each day, and sent at the start of the following week. All invoices are payable upon receipt and due within 14 days of the scheduled session. Clients MUST leave a credit card on file for pre-authorized debit, or if a brokerages administration pays expenses we can cc their email address on invoicing emails for payment. I Agree Copyright & Licensing Policy*In accordance with Canadian copyright laws, all media created is the sole property of or copyright ownership belongs to its creator. We grant the right to use and distribute any and all media created for the duration of the sale of the property, after which time the license becomes null and void. Usage for purposes other than the sale of the property is strictly prohibited unless otherwise compensated and agreed upon by the copyright holder. I Agree Account Suspension / Termination Policy*The terms set out above are there to protect our team from unnecessary issues which we have had to deal with in the past, and would prefer to avoid in the future.
